1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting Station 385 Car Wash (“we,” “us,” “our”), purchasing a single wash, using free-vacuum areas, enrolling in our Unlimited Wash Club, or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any posted policies (Privacy, Safety, Promotions). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Hours, Closures & Availability
- Posted hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–19:00, Sat 8:00–18:00, Sun 9:00–17:00.
- We may close or limit services without notice due to weather, maintenance, holidays, or equipment issues. Service availability is “as available.”
3. Safety & Vehicle Requirements (Tunnel Wash)
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is fit for an automated tunnel wash. By entering, you confirm:
- No loose exterior items or accessories (antennas, light bars, magnets, flags), no bike racks or hitch cargo, truck beds empty and closed, mirrors secure, fuel caps closed.
- Vehicle is within posted height/width/tire limits; no oversized/dually tires, no ladder racks, no soft-top/aftermarket parts at risk.
- Transmission in neutral (as instructed), wheels straight, auto-hold/disc brakes/parking assist/auto wipers disabled; follow attendant and signage at all times.
Failure to follow instructions may result in service refusal for safety.
4. Damage Policy
We are not responsible for: pre-existing damage; non-factory, loose, or fragile parts; antennas/brackets; mirrors/emblems; wiper blades; wheel caps; aftermarket wraps/paint/PPF/ceramic coatings; previously repaired or oxidized paint; pre-existing windshield cracks or chips; open truck beds or loose interiors; corrosion or water leaks.
Any incident must be reported before leaving the property. Inspection and resolution may require review of site logs/cameras.
Where we are at fault, remedies are limited to the reasonable cost of repair as determined by us and our repair partners. Services are otherwise provided as is and as available.
5. Free Vacuums & Property Conduct
Free vacuums are for active wash guests, light interior cleaning only. No commercial detailing, trash dumping, or extended occupancy.
We may limit time, refuse service, or ask anyone to leave for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
6. Promotions, Coupons & Launch Offers
Promotions (including free-wash weeks) are limited-time, subject to change, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated.
One use per person/vehicle where specified; commercial/fleet vehicles may be excluded. We may verify eligibility and refuse misuse.
7. Privacy, Cameras & Communications
We follow PIPEDA principles (accountability, purpose, consent, limiting collection, safeguards, access, and openness) for personal data, including contact details, payment tokens, RFID/LPR identifiers, plate numbers, and visit logs. We use this data to operate memberships, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve services.
We may use CCTV/ALPR on-site for safety, operations, and incident review with appropriate safeguards.
Email/SMS marketing: We obtain consent and include identification and unsubscribe in every message to comply with CASL. You can withdraw consent at any time. Service/transactional notices may still be sent.
If we use RFID/LPR, we provide notice, purpose, retention, and contact channels for questions or access requests.

8. Website/App & Third-Party Systems
Access to digital features may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, subscription apps, tunnel control/authentication). Their separate terms may apply.
Content and services are provided without warranties, and we are not liable for downtime, errors, or data loss beyond what the law requires.
9. Liability Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the service at issue in the last 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes to recurring-billing terms will be communicated in advance, with a clear chance to cancel before they take effect.
